  1. Wash Basmati Rice well and keep it aside for at least half an hour
  2. By the time rice is soaking, Slice onion, tomato, corriandar and chillies
  3. Hard boil eggs and peel the shell. Keep them aside. Slit the eggs for masala to be soaked in
  4. Heat ghee in a pan, once it's hot add all the masala (except biryani masala)one by one in it. While adding a masala remember to stirr it well so its flavor gets mixed in ghee
  5. Now add sliced onion and give it a good fry. Let the onion turn to golden brown, now add ginger garlic paste in it. Fry everything till the raw smell goes away
  6. Add sliced chilies now,fry it till raw smell goes away. Add tomatoes. Along with it add salt for taste.
  7. Let everything get fried and cooked well. Now add peas in it. Since peas are easy to cook, do not over fry it.
  8. Add biryani masala as per the requirement and mix everything well. After that add eggs in the mixture. Now mix everything very carfully without breaking the eggs
  9. Add rice in all the mixture, add water. Adjust the salt if needed. Add coriander for the taste and cover the rice with lid
  10. Once cooked, your Egg Biryani is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh corriandar and serve it with onion raita!!! Enjoy!!!!
